My daughter, my Mom and I on separate trips, have returned 8 lbs of ground chuck in the past 2 weeks. We all were going to cook it THE DAY AFTER WE BOUGHT IT. YESTERDAY, LABOR DAY, THE GROUND CHUCK WAS DARK, DARK BROWN AND SMELLED AWFUL. I'M CALLING THE KIND MALE MANAGER THIS MORNING, BECAUSE THE GIRL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MEAT. WHAT PLANET ARE YOU ON, LONG BROWN HAIR GIRL? Plus, SHE WAS VERY SNOBBY. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY BEFORE AT THIS PUBLIX, AND I'VE LIVED IN TWELVE OAKS FOR 31 YEARS!!!! SHE ALSO WAS RUDE TO MY DAUGHTER AND TO MY 82 YO MOTHER YESTERDAY. PUBLIX, WHERE SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASURE!!!!!!!!

This Publix is wonderful! I have ordered sandwich platters from the deli and cakes from the bakery and have always been pleased. The staff are so friendly and helpful every time I call. I highly recommend them to any corporate user. Outstanding customer service and a great product.

Thank you so much to Jose in the deli dept, for making a Greek Pasta Salad, especially for me. We had a fellowship luncheon at our church and everyone really enjoyed the Pasta ! Angela

Shopping is truly a pleasant experience. From their floral department, deli and the outstanding bakery. WOW. The founder got it right! Everything about shopping here is wonderful!
