We would use their service again. We feel that everyone was very honest with us; they provided all the information we needed and did everything as we requested.

Stay away from these people at all costs. They are scam artists. Their business model is to bait and switch you. The price changed by hundreds of dollars once the truck was loaded. They give you an estimate on the phone and it WILL change because they use cubic feet markers on the inside of their trucks. They are very unprofessional. They don't work quickly. They look for ways to charge you extra at every turn. We asked for a delivery day of August 4th, 2015. Today is September 2nd, 2015 and it is just being delivered today. This move was for my daughter to move from Orlando,Fl. to Ithaca, NY. She is unpacking her belongings and most of her property is damaged in some way from mild to severe. We will be pursuing damages against these criminals. If you use these people, you will be sorely disappointed. Please take my advice and use someone else. The only way for consumers to push back against these unfair practices is to put them out of business. If they don't want to treat people with respect, then they shouldn't be in business.

I've used Professional Moving Solutions once before and was very happy with the move. They made sure everything was covered and took care of all my belongings. I tried another moving company before and I was disgusted with the carelessness of the employees and the service they provided. If I ever move again I plan on using Professional Moving Solutions. Best movers and deal in town.

Estimate was very low. I provided a detailed inventory list including measurements for all most everything (including number of boxes and the measurements of the boxes). The inventory listed on the contract was always wrong. I had them update it multiple times. I wonder if they did it on purpose so that when a customer complains they can say things were missing on the inventory list.



In the end we paid way more money then if we had used another service. (this was my 3rd cross country move) We moved our cars with them too and it was very bait and switch.



Overall I would never ever use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

The customer service is excellent. After a very stressful week of trying to coordinate a move-in date, confirm a leasing agreement the company was there and supportive every step of the way! Thanks Professional Moving Solutions who are making efforts in making sure we were satisfied with our moving arrangements, we will undoubtedly recommend this company to anyone!

I had Professional Moving Solutions from my mother's house to another house. The movers left messages indicating when they would arrived, showed up when they said they would, and safely moved. Very polite and courteous. Also helped re-arrange furniture at both locations. Excellent service providers.

We had a fantastic experience with Professional Moving Solutions showed up exactly on time and hustled their butts for almost 7 hours, packing first our apartment and then going to our VERY full storage unit and finally to our new home! I would absolutely use them again and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing moving assistance! Thanks for giving us piece of mind during what could have actually been a very stressful move!

Stay away from Professional Moving Solutions! They lack honesty, experience, and teamwork.



First of all beware of the upcharges on materials. Our estimate doubled when they arrived at our house. Lucky for us we had our own supplies or we would have had to pay $1000 more for shrink wrapping every item, which doesn't protect against rubs and dings on the furniture and is a scam by PMS.



The 4 movers assigned to our job argued most of the day about which task each one was going to do. They were all tired from a late move the day before and were working on less than 3 hours rest between jobs. One mover even had to take a nap in the cabin of the truck during our move. The truck loader didn't know what he was doing and had to unload everything after about an hour on the job and start again. One of the other guys was unbelievably disrespectful when talking to my teenage daughter after our move ran 6 hours over due to their lack of leadership, experience and teamwork. I tried to work with customer service but have yet to receive satisfaction.

Professional Moving Solutions is an excellent company with customer satisfaction as their top priority. They were our movers. They were on time, wore protective gear to insure that our carpets and floors were kept clean. They also used protective wall blankets to insure that they did not scratch or chip walls and door jams. They were very professional and courteous. Upon arrival at our new home in a different city all of our belongs were unloaded with care and nothing was broken, torn or scratched.

This company? sent professional, courteous, friendly and competent people to my house. They explained everything, they wrapped and packed expertly - all the time they were pleasant and helpful.

I have nothing but praise for Professional Moving Solutions. My recent move went very smoothly, starting with scheduling the move and throughout the entire process until the last box was in its place. They and his crew were friendly, fast, and efficient, despite the fact that it was a very hot day, and you should ask for him by name. I would definitely use them again.

Professional Moving Solutions moved us into our home, and they did an excellent job at a very fair price. They helped us unload our truck into storage and, once we had found our home, moved us in. They were courteous, patient, and, most important they are friendly.

I recommend these guys, for sure. They're smart and careful with your belongings additionally, they take down and put things together quickly.

Dishonest and don't care. I was not advised by the sales rep that there would be a charge for wrapping my beds and furniture. He asked me on the phone if I was good on packing supplies and I said yes because I didn't need boxes or bubble wrap or packing tape or anything that you normally associate with packing supplies. He did not inform me that it was required that furniture and beds be wrapped and that if I didn't do it there would be a charge. If he had, I would have done that. Instead, the movers show up and tell me that I will need to pay $440 more for my items to be wrapped. He told me the movers would have all the necessary padding and tools and everything needed and it was all included in the price he quoted me. Not only did I have to pay this extra $440, but the movers didn't have any tools, so they were borrowing my tools to work on the furniture. The owner called the movers about 3 minutes after my quoted time was up and demanded I pay more money for them to continue working. That was very unprofessional. One of the movers was on his phone the majority of the time. I had to ask the main mover to have the guy get off his phone. Their "customer service" had little to say and did nothing about this terrible experience. They are content to keep your money and don't worry about future business or referrals.

This is a great moving company as the previous reviewers have stated. Very professional and attentive from the office staff to the movers. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

I just used these guys again to move into my new house. Again, I cannot say enough good about the guys who came out to get my stuff and get it across town. Good prices, fast service, and nothing broken. What more is there to say.

They were very careful to wrap and protect all of my furniture, pictures, etc. They worked diligently for approximately 8hours straight. The crew was prompt, friendly and courteous. I will use them from this point forward and will recommend them to my relatives and friends.

I am appalled at the professional moving solutions moving company thier mover trashed my storage compartment. after i left them %120.00 tip to pllace things a certian way so that i could access it . as long as i was standing there the contents went inside alright. as soo as i left they threw things in and tore up tables and chairs and the computer amouier. i couldn't even get inside. upon contacting the company i recieved the run around they change incurancxe carriers it s been 4 months and I still do not have a response finally they moved me to anthem insurance co. who has taken more than a month and stated today 34/9/2013 that the adjuster was like a god who could not be disturbed. when i finally raised enough sand to get him on the phone he states " If you raise your voice I will make certian that you will not be allowed to speak to anyone in this company" after realizing that he was a jerk because the law states that i have a right to speak to someone regarding my claim I bellowed and turn livid if a black woman could. these companies are unscurpulus and do not follow the laws and are full of unprofessional people.

They were brilliant and made the whole process stress free. Professional Moving Solutions were simply great. Hardworking, Very careful and Professional! Had a nice experience with them... Gonna recommend them to friends and family.
