They appraised my house and said brand new solar panels had no value. A new sun room has no value. Also, a pool and in house upgrades have no value. Having wrongly measured the house, they used size as the only criteria for value. I guess a little location comparison was thrown in. But, nothing more. we spent $70000 on a new sun room meet Cat 3 standards. This has got to be the worst company in the business
