My co-workers and I order delivery 7/24. Our order was 2 hours late and when it arrived, it was cold. Not luke warm but ice cold. After speaking with a manager, they offered a $25.00 credit and I thought that would even the score. On Monday, 7/27, my co-workers and I decided to try it again. 90 minutes later, I called to inquire about our order which was 45 mins late. I was told the delivery driver came, but didn't have a name so he left. When I placed the order, they asked for my name so how is this even possible. Now, here we are waiting again. I was told it would be an hour and a half. The original order was placed at 2:35, but I can expect my pizza by 5:45. This has been by far the worst experience I've ever encountered, at any restaurant. I am completely beside myself and the last time I will ever eat from this location. I will not only never recommend this location, but I will share this story with anyone that will listen. No one should have to deal with this..EVER!
