Wonderful! Ramsey came by and was a real life saver. We had a real problem with 50+ year old plumbing that we didn't even realize. Ramsey called in Mark and they both came up with a great, out-of-the-box solution that keep us safe for decades and decades to come. Thanks, Ramsey and Mark! Thanks, Olin!

I had a plumbing emergency one evening. The repairman, Richard G., completed the job he had been working on before mine, and afterward came directly to my house. He showed up well before his estimated time of arrival, which was great! He quickly assessed the problem and went right to work on it. Richard worked quickly and carefully, and I soon had water flowing from the faucets again. Richard G is not only a knowledgeable technician, but a very pleasant and courteous gentleman with which to do business. I would use Olin and request Richard every time I needed a plumbing problem fixed. I am very satisfied!

We called Olin Plumbing at around 6pm and they had someone at our house the next morning, which was the best time for us. The gave us an appointment between 9am-1pm and were there at 8:58am. They even called us when they were on the way. Our tech 'Ramsey' was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for our house in the future if we ever need a plumber again.

Fast, friendly, professional and clean. Outstanding service from Ramsey who showed me how to flush my A/C condensation line so I could the fix myself in the future--even fashioned a flush line out of an old hose for me to use!

Called Olin plumbing at 8:15 on a Monday morning with a back up line and scheduled for a 12-4 i was pleasantly surprised when they called at 10am informing me Ramsey was on his way, shout out to the folks in the office for a great job coordinating and so lucky to get Ramsey as the plumber, Ramsey explained everything in detail step by step informing me what’s happening and where in the lines, he’s quick and efficient and an asset to the Olin Team. This all happened during covid quarantine times and Ramsey was very aware of his surrounding keeping a distance and wiping down anything he touched along the way, A bad clogged up morning ended well with Ramsey’s Friendly and efficient work.

Ramsey came and helped us out with a complete house blockage. He was quick, professional, and very helpful. He fixed our issue without any issues and didn’t try to up charge for anything additional like many other plumbing companies. Would highly recommend Olin Plumbing.

Olin Plumbing was able to resolve an emergency job at our office and really saved the day. A technician arrived at our office within an hour of our call. He was savvy, determined to resolve our issue, and economically conscious. No aggressive sales tactics, just honest work. **HIGHLY RECOMMEND** I just used Olin plumbing for the first time and am kicking myself for not searching harder and finding them the other times I had plumbing issues.
We have had the bigger plumbing companies out for the identical plumbing issues over the last several years and got charged over & over, but the "solution" never lasted very long. Of course, a service technician (never a plumber) will come back out, but with additional charges and what came to be, no long term fix.
I chose Olin plumbing because they sent Felix, a plumber who spent the extra minute to diagnose the source problem and gave a very fair quote. I did have a couple of other companies come out, but no plumber was sent and I did not get a firm sense of confidence like I did with Felix and the office staff, Judy & Danielle. It is really wonderful when all aspects of a project go as smoothly as it did with Olin Plumbing.

We had a small job (needed to disconnect some faucets to reseal our sink to our granite) and they were so kind about it. Made sure we weren't overcharged and both Tyler (disconnected) and Ramsey (came back to reconnect) did the work swiftly and were very friendly. Great experience!

Olin plumbing did a thorough job replacing my garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. Doug was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was not leaking and working perfectly before he left. I was impressed!

Ramsey was sent to our home. He did a thorough examination and decided our sewer pipe was leaking. In no time he had the repair done. Ramsey was very informative, courteous and kept us informed as he did his job. It was a pleasure doing business with Olin Plumbing. Best experience I had with a plumbing company and Ramsey was a great representative of the company.

We had Josh from Olin plumbing come to our house yesterday. He was very considerate and professional and did a great job. He was on time, he was actually earlier than the time I thought he would be at my home and it did not take him very long to solve the issue, which was also nice. Thank you Josh!

Simply put... I recommend Olin Plumbing.
I called them for several problems that I've been putting off. One problem really had me scratching my head. I couldn't figure out why or where a drip in the ceiling was coming from. I called and made an appointment for the afternoon. I was surprised, the friendly dispatch lady CALLED ME BACK, said they had an opening, and asked if they could be here earlier. 30 minutes later, Mark Olin showed up. He is fast, friendly, and knowledgeable; plus I didn't have to clean up afterwards. You never know when you'll need a plumber. And having a plumber that you trust is just as important as having an auto mechanic, lawyer, or doctor.

Vince was excellent and took care of our water leak after having to drill with his jack hammer in the one bedroom. He took care of the water leak and removed my outside faucet as per my request and took care of patching up the outside and filling in the hole in the bedroom once they were completed. Vince and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up too.
