Very disappointed with this company, they promise you to do the job in 6 to 8 weeks, sure, how about 6 to 8 months. The sales person never answer his phone or repply emails.

do not buy a pool at natiowide pools you will be out , 4 months later still out 1000.00$

They suck!!!! Worst experience ever with any company. Dis orginized from the inside out !!! Blame all there short comings on there customers. All these good reviews are probably made up lies by them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. We contracted with them to construct our pool and after 11 weeks it still is not done. Weather has not impeded the process. They continue to make mistake after mistake with the inspections - both scheduling them correctly and having them work ready for inspection. They will lie to you, avoid you, con you and generally do everything but finish the job in a timely manner. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

The Nationwide Pools Tampa location just finished my pool and I have to say we couldn't be happier. James Staten designed the pool and met with us a couple of times. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was very easy to work with. ( He is also the manager) Every time we called him (even during and after the pool was finished) he either answered the phone or called us back immediately. I can say the same thing about the construction manager Tim Sharon (sp?). Most of all the pool looks great. Some of my friends have used other companies and had horrible experiences, and some had good experiences. All I know is I definitely recommend Nationwide! Also a salesman at another company had nothing but bad things to say about Nationwide. Needless to say we didn't fall for it. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!! - Ryan from S. Tampa.

After interviewing 5 different builders we chose Nationwide. I saw a couple of negative reviews online but they all seemed to be their east coast locations. Still I was a little nervous. Worry not!! We are so happy we chose Nationwide! Special thanks to Mike Cook, Tim Sharron, and the manager James Staten. These guys are pros.

Very well run location. James the general manager came out and we knew right away we had found a great match. Tim, the construction was great and you can tell he has been doing this a very long time. It is construction (which is never fun) but these guys built the pool (with a screen) start to finish in 5 weeks. James and Tim both have come out afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. Ignore the one glitch of a negative review, these are good people who do good work!

Be aware check contract multiple times. Ask to put time line in the contract.

My brother, my neighbor, and my co-worker each used different companies to build their pool and did not receive estimates from Nationwide. I used Nationwide and so did my neighbor across the street. Well, six months later I couldn't be happier and same for my neighbor across the street. We are both pleased with the quality of the work, and the professionalism of the company. My brother's pool still isn't finished (he signed up two months before me with another company) and my other neighbor and coworker are not happy with the companies the chose. Nationwide Pools is the best pool company in the area, hands down.
