Run don't walk away from this company unless you like being lied to ,time and time again, not allowed to talk to the owner or someone with authority to remedy a situation they cause and especially if you like having pre paid service calls canceled 3 times with lame excuses each time with no regard for your time or expense to be at home to let their people in to do their job. There are too many good honest AC companies to waste your time and money dealing with these liars and in my mind crooks. Unfortunately I am stuck having to put up with their BS to get what I have paid for and am owed. You as prospective new victims don't .

Had a 16+ year old system replaced in condo. The city inspector wanted a different type of drain trap installed- Jeff came out, did the job and the inspector came back the next day and approved. Been using Morgan Air for 8+ years

Signed a contract, paid for a entire new system and then once the actual "production" guy arrived and after a week of BS they decided to back out. I spent nearly 5 hours with the sales guy at my house on 2015.09.03 going over in detail exactly what needed to be done. The sales guy detailed ALL of this information to his boss who then gave him a final price for a complete installation. $10,690... The production guy arrived the next day completely unprepared and acted like he had no clue what needed to be done. They immediately tried to increase the price saying they needed $1500 for an engineered support (even though I had clearly went over this with the sales team) then after a few days of back and forth they then decided they needed another $1500 for an electrician. Again, all of this was known when I signed the contract and PAID FOR THE NEW SYSTEM! Here we are a week later and I receive a call that Morgan Air decided there is no money in the job and they are backing out of the project altogether. All of this after I had spent the entire week going back and forth with them and never once was this mentioned. This is a complete lack of professionalism for business such as this. I myself work in the construction industry and my company gives a price to a customer we honor that price NO MATTER WHAT!!!! The fact that Morgan Air is willing to tell one of their customers to go pound sand (for a lack of a better term) is beyond me! I am sure the money will be refunded. However, who is going to pay for all the time I wasted over the past week going back and forth trying to get the job done? How am I going to re-coupe the credit hit I took applying for credit to purchase this system? It is clear now they deliberately prolonged the installation in order to back out of the contract. What is even worse is the fact that I still need a new AC System and the wonderful Morgan Air is a useless entity that clearly tries to deceive its customers.

This company is a scam. My house and air unit is only 3 years old and under warranty and I called for service, the air was not colling and it wAs constantly running. The "master technician" was quick to start "inspecting" the house and stating the unit was not properly installed and started offering a $20,000 solution. When we laugh he offered another solution $3500. I keep asking him what was wrong with the unit and to fix it. He never gave me a straight answer. He only put freeze and left. Nether-less i ended calling another company that fixed the issue
