They have great service and the price is right. I will be going back for all of my automotive needs. It's great to find a mechanic you can trust.

I have been in this shop many times and while I am waiting for my car to be repaired, I listened to what they tell other customers as they came with their car repair woes. The owners are very honest and show people what the costs will be up front. They also use warranty parts that are guaranteed. I did not hear one person complain about the repair or the price. I will continue to have my car serviced with them as they give personal attention to all their customers. It is nice to know that there are still auto shops like this one in the Tampa area that are customer focused and honest. I look forward to making sure my care is repaired safely in future visits.

I'm a 20 year old girl who knows jack about cars. So of course my 89 Ford had been giving me some problems that I felt I needed to address. I first went to a car dealership right up the road and they were down right awful. I felt like I had walked into trailer park central. So I left. This place was right up the road so I decided to check it out, and I am so proud of myself for doing so! The gentlemen here are amazing! After the free inspection was over, Phil went over basically everything with me, any question I asked he answered and was very sweet about it (I had a lot.) He explained what certain parts did, how they become damaged, EVERYTHING. Everyone who works there has good manners! With my car being older I have personally been to a lot of auto shops and this place is the only place I will be going to from now on. I haven't been this impressed with any other auto shop. If you're looking for good prices and professionalism combined into one, this is the place!

Great Shop.Last month i had my car towed into them and I was really impressed with them. these guys were on their game and they really came through on the pricing.they also gave me a ride to work so i wouldnt have to call out.hopefully my car will never break down on me again,but if it does i will bring it to them.

Left knowing I've been taken care of.it's not my first visit to these guys and definitely not gonna be my last.like always,the price was lower than the estimates i got calling around,and they got me back up and on the road same day.thanks again guys!

I love the fact,that these guys didnt treat me like an idiot because i'm a woman! they explained the results of my vehicle inspection and, placed in order which they would recommend that i fix first. These guys are great! I had an estimate to replace my water pump from another shop for $300. These guys did it for $80 and I bought a pump for $50. Plus they did it in the same day and I got my truck to them around 2 pm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for affordable car repair services.

They may only charge you $40 labor but look out for the cost of parts. Tried to charge me $294 plus tax for a part that was $145 including tax at the dealer.

I was having issues with an used car I bought. I was so worried that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg or be unfixable. I walked into the place and already felt at ease. The mechanics were super nice and reassured me that they would do every thing they could to fix my issues. I would recommend this place to anyone! The service is amazing and so is the price! They are fair and honest! Go to this place!!

I received the most professional customer satisfaction at Kool Air Automotive. I was given an estimate from another facility for around $800.00 and Kool Air Automotive did the same work for around $436.00. They stand by their word to save the customer 20 to 40% off any written estimate. I am grateful to have found a Family Oriented Honest Automotive Repair company to take care of all my automotive needs. Being that I have teenagers that will all be driving soon, I look forward to using and referring Kool Air Automotive to anyone looking for a great Automotive repair facility.
