I had dropped my car off for bumper repair service at 4pm Thursday. I was first told it would be ready Saturday but I had decided since I was out of town for the weekend that I will wait to pick up my car early Monday morning so that I may get to work. All of this was discussed with Joe. They had offered a good price and I felt that I would receive quality service based off my conversations with the staff, despite I had lower offers from other shops. When I came to pick up my car, I had called three times to say I was on the way and was sent to a full voicemail box. I originally planned to pick up my car around 8am but I gave them extra time because I could not get in touch via phone so I came after my first job at 11am to pick it up. I was extremely upset and disappointed to find my car bumperless in the lot. I was then told they thought they had the paint in shop on Saturday but turns out they did not and have to order it. I had informed the staff member that I had work that I needed transportation to and that this was interfering. I was then informed by a staff member it would be ready by 5pm maybe earlier. I wanted to talk to the manger/ owner Joe but he was not in. I left and proceeded to call back to get in touch with him 3 hours later. I was told that my car would not be ready at 5pm but 7pm instead and was threatened to not receive my own car back and was told a string of excuses, I informed him again of my work schedule. When I came to pick it up I was told to wait despite of my time frame that they had put me in. I was insulted by Joe and he had admitted that him and his staffed member where talking negatively about me and my background. I was told that a customer brought in a car two days after me on Saturday and that he put that customer first. I found my car's bumper paint not to be seamless.

I would advise people to take their business elsewhere. I would say if you do not value quality work or service then this is the place for you.

Excellent price and excellent service. They replaced a fender on my 10 year old Explorer and it looks great. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Its a toss up. I got a great price and the repair came out pretty good, but this Joe Cannistra guy is a douche. I had an issue where my door was bent backwards, so it wouldnt close properly and I got a pretty bad wind noise. He took care of it for $550 and the repair looked great, but I still had the wind noise, and when I took it to a car wash, water was coming into the car. I took it back about a week later and he kind of bent the door back into place which made the noise problem much better, but he complained about it the whole time as if I was trying to get over on him. We also discussed the way my hinge was starting to come unwelded and he left me with the impression that he would take care of that as well but he did not, and when I pointed that out to him, she started getting combative and telling me that I was a liar. So its kind of a toss up. He gave me a good price and the repair was fairly decent, but this guy is a straight up jerk and I would not recommend him.

This place is a joke.my car could have been repaired by my 12 yr old grandchild and look better than what I got.he never replaced the parts that were charged as new.he did not replace the oil pan, so he did not put oil back in the car.airbags deplayed and he never replaced them or the seat belts and released the car without them.we gave him one more chance to get it right after taking it to dodge to get a list of all that was wrong. he promised to get it all fixed and have dodge recheck.he had it 13 days,dodge has had it for 4 days and he has yet to take them the clock spring in order to reset the air bags.he never did all the work we agreed on before him p/u vehicle.now he refused to pay for the work he did not do that I already paid him for. his ethics is not appropriate for any kind of business.he states he has been in business for 25 yrs. he certainly pulled the wool over my eyes until I started seeing flags go up, Not recommended..........
