This place is the absolute worst! I brought in a pair of men's Kenneth Cole expensive shoes to be repaired. They were brought in with as a light grey shoe with a small rip in the leather on the side. I wanted them to repair the tear if they could and shine the shoes. I went to pick up the shoes a few days later and they were BLACK!! The owner said that I need to come back and talk to the shoe guy to see what he can do. I asked her if they can't be fixed what can YOU to resolve the situation. She said "I don't know" Then she proceeded to say that the shoes weren't new when I dropped them off, I said well they weren't black either! I advised that these shoes were expensive and I would like some sort of compensation to cover the cost if I needed to buy new shoes. I came back a few days later to speak directly with the shoe guy. She wouldn't even let me speak to him directly because she said that he spoke very little english. The shoes came back ruined with no refund!
