After hurricane Irma they responded to my needs very quickly. I have been so impressed by the customer service.

As a new homeowner I was not familiar with all the workings of my pool. Jack my pool tech, took the time to explain how to turn on my pool and how to drain it if e got to much rain. I felt very comfortable with him handling my pool. We also explained what chemicals he would be using and why they were important. I must say it's nice to find s company and its employees who take the time to get to know there clients and make them feel important.

This is my 3rd month of service with Gulf To Bay Pool Service. I bought my home in March. My pool was a absolute disaster. I thought it would have to be drained. They said they would get my pool back in shape and fit much less then the cost of draining and refilling. Well they were right. They saved me a $1000 water bill and the pool looks great. Now they come each week and I am just blown away at how this company operates. Honest, reliable and affordable.

I have never been so impressed by a company. There customer service is second to none. They not only promise a great job. They prove it!

Great pool service. Family owned. They always take care of our pool and address our concerns. When we first bought our house, we hired them since I am always out of town on business and I didn't want my wife to spend the time on the pool. Well, on one of my trips home I wanted to soak in the spa, but I wasn't sure how to turn on the jets (I've never had a pool before). The owner spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with me to walk me through how to turn it on AFTER their normal business hours had ended. Not once have they over charged me or failed to tell me or my wife when our pool needed a new filter or a repair like I see mentioned in another review. They even leave my wife notes and send emails when they cleaned our pool. Their prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. We have already given their number to a few neighbors and friends (which is great because they gave us a free month of service when a neighbor signed up from our referral).

This pool service came out to rebuild our filter. They charged money and collected over the phone before the visit. The pool was clean for one day. When we called to ask why, they said there was grit in the pool. We asked our local Pinch a Penny to speak to this person. Gulf to Bay let them know that we had holes in our filter. At no time were we told that there were holes in our filter. If we would have know this, we would have had the filter replaced instead of rebuilt. This service person undoubtedly wanted to collect money to perform the parts free service. I am sure the profit margin would not have been the same for the correct repair.

Gulf To Bay Pool Service is he best pool company in Tampa Bay! They have been doing my pool for almost 3 years and have always been on time, professional and they do it all at the best price. Keep up the great work guys!
