Needed to upgrade my system and wanted cameras installed. Federated Security Solutions came highly recommended by my locksmith. Called Charley, set up an appointment, showed up on time and went over my options. Great price and top quality equipment. I am a stickler for quality name brands and didn't want the big box store stuff. Wanted the real deal. Install day came and Charlie arrived on time with everything he needed to complete the job. He got to work and didn't stop until the job was finished. he's not a little guy but fit in the attic and did all the wiring in one trip up. Cleaned up when he was through. Set everything up and was very patient with us as he explained our new systems. We are not tech savy. Had a couple questions down the road and he returned my calls promptly and walked me through my difficulty.
