My husband recently purchased a few hundred dollars worth of parts from this company. We were pleased with the parts and prices, however the services provided were HORRIBLE. I would never recommend this company to friends/relatives. At first, upon ordering the parts, everything seemed to be going alright. My husbands card was mistakenly overcharged, leaving us short almost $400 for four days. When the parts came in, he sent me to pick them up because I was already in the area. While waiting for them to find the parts one of the employees continued to make comments about my pregnancy. I am seven months pregnant and definitely showing. I am not the type that gets "uncomfortable" or "offended". However this man continued to make statements about my size - more than any of my freinds or relatives would have made. This made me very uneasy so as soon as the parts were found, I bolted out of there and went straight home. I handed my husband the box of parts... They were the wrong parts - WAY wrong. He tried calling the store at 4:57 when their hours are until 5 pm. Of course they did not answer the phone. So now another day of waiting for the right parts. When my husband returned to the store the next day to complain about the mishap and the rude comments about my size, the man denied anything insulting being said about my pregnancy, that "he was there and would have interfered if anything rude had been said". By description, I am positive this was the man making the statements - now calling me a liar. He was also rude about the parts being incorrect and never apologized for the parts swap. Overall, I am just COMPLETELY displeased in this company, and will not be going back. I will also warn others about this business.
