I specialize in children, families, and trauma. I can help you with family conflicts, like poor communication, verbal and physical aggression, defiance, and parenting techniques. I can walk you through difficult family transitions too, like divorce, re-marriage, or issues related to foster care, and adoption. I am particularly prepared to support those impacted by trauma, such as community violence, bullying, complicated grief (i.e. loss related to substance use), domestic violence, and abuse. In addition to children and families, I am honored to serve military veterans. I myself come from a long line of service men and women. If you cannot come to me, I may come to you. I often see clients in their own home, at school, or in the community. Forget what you think you know about counseling.
