I've taken everything from Chain saws, lawn mowers, Pressure washers and line trimmers to C&B and the repairs were well done and moderately priced. Sometimes slow and not exactly a hospital, but these people do good work. Sadly, they had to tell me my 28 year old Craftsman edger was beyond repair. Sears wanted $50. to evaluate. I'll take C&B anytime over Sears!

Horrible people to Deal wi please stay away from them. Had my equipment for weeks with no communication. When I finally told them to return it, he called and told me how much it would cost. I agreed and told him to fix it. When he called to say it was ready, I pretended I did not remember how much he told me. He immediately, increased the price by $60 and when I told him how much, all he could say was, oh, ok. I proceeded to remind him that he has my deposit, immediately he turned around and said ya we already deducted that. I asked him about my change that he held when he picked up the equipment, he said oh we also deducted that. I asked if you did not know how they arrived at the price, how do you then know it was already deducted? Mind you we are talking about a small amount of money here which I was going to tip them with anyway. If they can't be trusted with little, they can't be trusted at all. So my advice is take your lawn equipment somewhere else for repair. Rating minus zero
