I'm here to help.

Hi! My name is AJ and im a tranfer manager for this store. I come from the store down the road next to bosten market and publix. I just want to say that i hear you guys I too was not pleased to see the condition of the store when I walked it. Its a great location right off of 2-75 next to a huge flea market and down the road from your favorite shopping centers. I can asure you im working on making this your favorite place to grab lunch. The sticky floors, the cold food, the inappropriate behavior of some employees. I got you. Please if there is anything you would like to bring to my attention come in at night im the tall young white girl in the black vest. Ask for me and let me know what displeased you before and help me restore your love for burger king. We are getting remodeled soon and i hope when we are back in business youll be feeling like a king when you get your food. If you join me for dinner not only will your meal be hot but you'll be served with a smile. Hope to see you this holiday season. Your friendly neighborhood burger king manager AJ. XD

I had a horrible experience at...

I had a horrible experience at this Burger King located at Nebraska and Fowler. I took my granddaughter and daughter in law there to get two whopper jr's and a burger with bacon on it. Personally I'm a vegetarian so this was just a trip for them. When we got home the two whopper jr's did not have any meat on them and the bacon burger was smaller than the bun. We took the order back and the cook came out with an attitude and said he's pretty sure he put meat on the buns. So I went inside and asked for my money back. I was not happy at all. Being accused of taking the meat off is absurd. Who does that? What would anyone have to gain by doing that? The manager told me she will not give me my money back until I calm down. Well that just upset me more and I continued to demand my money back. As I stated I am a grandmother and I dont have time for unprofessionalism. When she did give me my money back she slammed the money down so hard some of my change fell to the floor and I couldn't find it. I was so angry at this point I went behind the counter. Its not my character to lose my temper but I was so furious how I was being treated something just came over me. I never lose my cool and everyone that knows me knows that it takes alot to ignite my temper. I wanted to physically harm her but my daughter in law and granddaughter came in the store. I'm grateful they were there because I could've ended up in jail behind this situation. I left short changed and unsatisfied. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wouldn't let my dog eat there

My husband and I had a terrible experience at this Burger King at 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon, with approximately a dozen customers total inside the store. It should have been spotless and food service should have been speedy and proficient based on what we thought was a very low customer volume at that time. However, it took about 7 minutes for the initial service of our lunch for 2. Then we seated ourselves at a table I cleaned myself as none of the tables or the floor had been cleaned in I don't know how long. Soon , my husband realized his Steakhouse burger was so cold he said it tasted "like shoe leather" and was missing all of the standard Steakhouse burger toppings except mayo. lettuce tomato. He approached the counter to ask for a replacement sandwich where he took his place beside three other customers with various complaints about their orders. There he stood and minute after minute ticked by when - what?!@! - a store employee came out and LOCKED ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS INSIDE THE STORE!!!! At this point, I've finished my lunch, it's 4:20 and my husband is still waiting for a new sandwich. I took the receipt to my husband, insisting we should leave immediately as something must be seriously wrong - as in, what, a possible threat of danger??? - no!

My husband asked for his refund and demanded to know why we'd been locked inside the store. During the ten additional minutes it took for the store employee to process the refund, the employee explained the store was "understaffed" and they had to lock the doors because they were unable to serve anyone else! At 4:30, a half hour after we placed our order, we left through a locked door that had to be unlocked, my husband having been unable to eat his lunch. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF IDIOT LOCKS THE CUSTOMERS IN WHEN THERE WERE ONLY A FEW (FILTHY) TABLES OCCUPIED WITH CUSTOMERS AND THERE WAS CERTAINLY NO LINE OF DRIVETHRU TO THE STREET TO JUSTIFY CLOSING IT!!!! I used to work for McDonald's and were not allowed to lock the doors during business hours unless for a public emergency, and was present the one night a gang riot occurred in our parking lot and the staff had to wait until a police officer (who was under attack) managed to get by the gang and come inside to close us down!!! Aside from being locked inside, like I mentioned, everything was filthy, the food was cold and not served with the proper toppings, so God only knows what kind of health code violations were in that store during our visit and I don't know what kind of violation to call it when they lock the customers inside - fire code violation?!!!! Too bad there's no "9-1-1" service to dial a health code inspector when you see things that disgusting or at least to get the attention of the owner so he can get his store cleaned up before it GETS SHUT DOWN! I WOULDN'T LET MY DOG EAT THERE!!!!!!
