I have been bringing my dog and cat to Bay Crest Animal Clinic since I first moved to Tampa. My dog loves the whole staff, and gets completely spoiled with all the belly rubs, treats, and kisses. I actually just recently had an emergency with my dog over the weekend and brought her to a different vet for the first time, only to have to bring her to Dr. Morgan at Bay Crest to figure out the real issue a few days later. They were fully booked but still squeezed her in and they figured it out... Dr. Morgan is absolutely amazing... so glad to have her for our furbabies!

Dr. Morgan has been our vet for over a dozen years. My large breed (Great Dane) lived to be 12 years old because of the amazing care he got at Baycrest. She takes care of our families dogs and cats and is absolutely amazing. I never feel rushed or dismissed. The office staff is kind and wonderful.

Wow! It is so wonderful to finally find a vet clinic that my pets love to go to. The staff at Baycrest were amazing. From the first time calling making an appointment they showed they truly cared about me and my pets. The doctor was down to earth and explained things that made it easy to understand. Even though they were extremely busy, the doctors and techs took the time to discuss and answer all of my many concerns and questions. I would highly recommend this clinic hands down to any and all of my friends.

I spent years taking all three of my dogs to her but will never make that mistake again.



I could tell that one of my dogs wasn't feeling ok. I dropped him off before work and left him with Dr. Morgan all day only to have her send him home with me, telling me she didn't see anything wrong with him. I immediately could tell he still wasn't ok and brought him back the very next day only to have her clinic send him home once again after another full day.



After a few more days I decided to take him to another Vet and after only an hour they rushed him into surgery. He ended up having a large tumor in his intestines.



I immediately call Dr. Morgan and requested that she refund my money, over $500, mainly due to her misdiagnosis of my dog and the extra pain he had to endure. Not to mention that half of the money was due to me having to bring him back the 2nd day for nothing. She said she did nothing wrong and refused to do anything. I refuted the charge with AMEX but she rebutted it and was still able to keep my money.



In my opinion she either doesn't know what she is doing or she only cares about the money (Maybe a little of both).

I have been going to Baycrest for several years now...they took very gentle care with my pomeranian when she was passing away & since then, my other 2 dogs as well...Dr. Morgan is one of the best vets I have ever had the pleasure of working with...she is TRULY an animal lover & promotes rehab instead of "putting-down" an animal...the front office staff is attentice & ALWAYS worked me in!
