I have never heard of this place , nor have I been here or used their service. They are not even in the same state as me. I found a charge of $405 on my credit card and an email sent to me show their shipping address. I’m very upset about this, but lucky for me the online company that they order from saw it fraudulent and canceled the order before it even shipped and credited me back. My card is canceled. I just want to warn people about what has happened to me about this place.

My experience was horrible, they were short and rude. On top of being short and rude I had to wash my own hair, they had no shampoo good thing a customer there had some. They did not take the time out to properly blow dry my hair. The whole time braiding my hair the lady complained and said it was too thick. My hair looked months old after no type of gel or products were used. When I asked about the use of gel she slapped the gel on my head to were it was soaking wet with gel. I would never go back.
