They used inferior products. They incorrectly put the roof on (says two other professional roofing companies). They tried to charge me to come out and fix my roof that they incorrectly did. They also kept insisting that I was wrong and they were right about the leak; however, two other professional roofing companies said they put the roof on wrong. They hired day labor to put the roof on. I am pretty sure they hired illegals. Roof still leaks. Avoid.

Used for some service. Did not show up for a week while water pouring in building. Came out made problem worse by just pouring tar all over the place. Charged me a fortune. Had to pay another (excellent) company to undo the mess.

This company came up with a plan to modify our roof and save us hundreds of thousands of dollars. We were told it would take care of 90% of our problems and that the water would "fly off the roof". When it started raining, the water was coming off the roof alright, most of it down through the building. It was way worse than before they did anything. Tenants were getting drenched and the company gave up on doing anything more to try to help as the situation was hopeless. Do not let their slick promotional package influence you. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
