I got them through AAA, and told the person at AAA that I had a box truck and NOT to send a flat bed. They did anyway, and the tow truck driver said "it will be fine" but it's $150 more because it's a bigger vehicle. Helped him load up the truck, he takes off and later my mechanic calls me about damage tot he truck. The driver hit a low tree limb after leaving my property and caved in the top of the truck. Called AAA, they said they aren't responsible because I paid $150 because it was a bigger truck? I told you that in the beginning and verified it on the recording. Truck driver claims it was "pre-existing damage" and sends a picture of the truck that he took AFTER he hit the tree limb over 900 ft away from where he loaded up the truck. Have tried to contact them about paying for it and we are getting ignored. Small claims is next.

Ken had me mixed up with another job upon arrival. He took very little time to look at my smoke damage and some black mold. He didn't want to clean the smoke damage telling me to seal it with a Killz product. That's what I was trying to hire him to do. Then he asked about my insurance for the mold. When he learned there would be no insurance involved, he quickly said, well it's going to be very expensive, 10,000 dollars or more. He left on a hurry. Not friendly or helpful. Had no interest unless he could get lots money from insurance.

I got a live person on the phone, who was able to answer all my questions and schedule an on time appointment! The tech was on time, polite and knew what he was doing. They took their time cleaning and made sure they went over every spot and stain to get it up. They were careful with my furniture and really seemed to care about my house

I'll never call anyone else to clean my carpet or furniture!
