This move was good because the movers:

-Knew what they were doing and didn't hesitate at all

-Gave me discounts for booking early

-Had affordable prices that made them a clear choice for me

-Made every effort to make sure things were comfortable for us

-Were friendly and made me and my family laugh during the relocation

Negative aspects:

-The move took a lot longer than expected and our things were delivered late

-There was a lack of communication between the staff and me

This is a list I made of the reasons why this company is super cool!

Here goes:

The movers knew their roles and they showed up ready to work hard

Nobody in my family had to worry about lifting a box or moving a finger. They were more than happy to take care of it all

None of our items were broken or damaged in any way during the move

They checked in with us religiously to ensure that we were truly happy

Even though the cost of moving supplies were more pricy than I thought they would be, the discounts we received along the way made it all balance out. It was an enjoyable experience and I would hire them again.

This company was good because they didn't mind breaking down everything for me before my move. They didn't just give me a huge bill and charged my credit card. Instead, I knew about the different moving services and got to pick the moving supplies that I wanted them to use as well. I was especially impressed because they really worked with my schedule and did their best to set pick up and delivery times that were perfect for me. If the movers were friendlier I would've given them 5 stars for sure. This is a really good moving company.

I’m not entirely overjoyed but it was good. I move around a lot and it was definitely in the top five best.

Pros:

-Movers knew what they were doing and worked efficiently. My move was done in 2 hours

-They were very friendly and made sure I understood how the moving quote compared to the price I was charged worked (I was actually charged less than the quote anyway)

-Nothing was damaged. I double and triple checked.

-Whenever I called the company, my call was answered promptly on the same day



Cons:

-They were an hour and a half late

I scheduled my move with Nationwide Relocation Services from my hometown in Scranton, PA to my new place where I will soon start working at in Chicago...a bit over 700 miles and about 12 hours worth driving. Obviously I wasn't going to be able to do this move on my own given that I had a huge house, 5 kids and a granddaughter. Yes, the perfect recipe for disaster. Imagine all the stops and all the money spent on food and gas. I opted for hiring movers to ease all this mess. This is when I found Nationwide Relocation Services online. I guess that now that my move is already completed I can look back an say that it was totally worthit paying others to do this difficult task for you.



My kids and I (including my lovely 3 yr old granddaughter) flew here and saved all the mess of packing, loading the truck and what is even worst, driving that huge truck cross country. SO avoid the mess and difficulties and trust movers like I did with NRS.

For all those looking into booking a move with this company I would say go ahead because it is cheap, the service is not bad and you won't have to move yourself. I guess that is what makes the experience pleasant. Knowing that you will be moved from your current home to a new one by someone other than yourself is precious. Ask yourself, is it willing to spend time and money PLUS backache, fights with your spouse or friends etc... NO. Hire a moving company and just worry about paying the bill. It is not like moving yourself will be cheap.



As far as the service goes, it was ok. Not something that had me jumping in one leg for joy, but it was worth every penny. Dario Hidalgo was my estimator and he was super cool with all my petitions and stubbornness. I even sent him an email thanking him for all his effort into making my move an easy one. I also mentioned that his movers were a bit slow, or was it that I had too much stuff? I don't know. Anyways, the move with Nationwide Relocation Services was good and if I ever have to move again, I just hope it is not during summer and I will def use them again.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Nationwide Relocation Services for the excellent moving team that managed my household move from Marco Island to New York. The movers were very competent and warm, Manny Banegas did an outstanding job in caring for, and storing our goods, and affecting a very smooth move-in. All of them were very professional in their approach, and went beyond the call of duty when it required the movement of several pieces of furniture at the sire that were not part of the move, but to make space for the new shipment. I was very pleased with the overall performance that I am arranging another move of some more goods from a family home in California to New York. I have recommended Nationwide to all my friends and business associates.

"Wonderfully done!” This is what came out of my wife’s mouth after anxiously waiting for the moving people to unpack all our belongings from the truck.



After all, it’s my idea to choose them. Wink*
