I had a great experience. The items that say In Stock are actually in stock. They call you after your purchase just to thank you and let you know that the order's going to be shipped without problems. I got my barstools a week later in perfect condition.

Its an online-only store but one that really takes care of you. I ordered a leather barstool for my kitchen and it arrived with a chipped base. Normally it would be a nightmare to get a replacement from a web store. I called just once, they apologized and asked me to send them pictures. The next week I got a brand new base, free. When I'm shopping for cool furniture I go there first.
