I love DD'S Discounts customer service excellent I feel welcome as I entered those doors, prices are great, stores are cleaned I save a lot, I know what I want, I get it and I am out, compared to other stores the best store ever,, I know some days there be long lines 2 cashiers, therefore i have to schedule my time, and learned to be patience ( patience is a virtue) with that been said I am proud to say dds discount is my number one store

This DDs closes at 10pm on Saturdays, however, more than once when I arrive at 9:45 the enter doors are closed and had to enter through the exit doors. Tonight I was upset because the "security" person says to my sisters and I that he would like us to know the store closes in 15 minutes as if I am not able to read. I had the impression that the store closed at 10pm and time to reorganize would be after the store I had no clue they are to rush us out and try to clean fully when customers are still there. They also love to call other people in line when I have not yet put in the pin to my card or removed my things and I think that is incredibly disrespectful and disgusting. It is evident that DDS has no efficient customer service. I was utterly disgusted by the set xie I received.

The Latino manager was very homophobic and sexist. He would say words in Spanish and English, I don't get how they come to this nation and make comments about people. Us white people don't even do that. Besides this store is ghetto and trashy.
