They say it's you not the dog! My dog is graduating from Charley's and as a parent, I couldn't be prouder. To any naysayer out there if you don't follow through with the training, your dog will never learn. Steve is not God, he cannot work miracles. Perhaps your dog is just dumb...

Charley's Canine College is great! The staff are all very well skilled and educated and they took their time to educate my family and I. They have always followed through with emails, attachments and documents that they spoke about. The trainer that was hired is wonderful, patient and kind. It makes me so mad that people have nothing to do other than to knock and bad mouth other people. Perhaps they should think about doing some good in the world and volunteer their time, since they have so much of it?!?!? They feel "safe" to talk bad about others but they are cowardly so they have to remain anonymous! CHARLEY'S CANINE COLLEGE is GREAT and my dogs learned allot. Anyone thinking about hiring them just DO IT....YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!!

the trainer stopped showing up after a few sessions. They also didn't return calls. We paid them a fee to train our dog but got no results. We were able to buy the book Dog Whisperer and got better results. Save youself some money and but the book instead!!!
