I took my 2014 Mercedes C250 thru the Supreme Clean car wash on July 7th. The vehicle is in pristine condition. You exit your vehicle before entering the car wash and their employees sweeps out then interior and then drive your car onto the "track" that pulls the car thru the wash cycles. When the employee drove the car from the track outside the car was damaged on the right driver’s side underneath and behind the front grill in the exact place the tire enters their "track". The owner said my car had to have been damaged before which is impossible as the under cover was hanging down to the ground and would have been ripped of completely or caused even more damage. The repair cost me $229.51 in parts & labor. I want to be reimbursed by Mr. Craig Cassidy, the owner of Supreme Clean for cost to repair the damage to my vehicle. He told me to SUE Him, which I plan to do. I have also filed a complaint with the Akron Better Business Bureau.
