We used to love this doctor's office. Doctor Susan Post is a wonderful doctor! However, the receptionist and nurses are not very friendly...at all. It's kind of like they're only in it for the money; which you can tell by their body language, lack of empathy, and how they respond to others. Not a very friendly group of nurses. Upon entering, the receptionist doesn't give you the "welcome" feel. She's never smiling and doesn't seem to really care about the patients. I would hate to change locations because my son truly enjoys setting Doctor Post and has benn her patient for the past six/seven years. I just wish the others in the office would be friendly and show some sort of concern for their patients; after all without the patients they won't have their job.

They are very rude, especially the women in lobby are racist and also nurseries are never kind, I've never seen their smile in their face.

The doctor is... so so, not bad not good.

Staff was very rude. Especially the secretary. Although the dr was decent we still wont be returning. We felt very uncomfortable.

Very nice people, little wait time, very personal service. Highly recomended.
