terrible experience

I had RPCC build my first house 10 years ago and had a great experience so I decided to use them to build this house. The experience was the exact opposite: poor quality work, incompetent supervision and management. The motto this time was "the customer is never right." The owner of the company argued about everything, and never admitted that he was ever wrong. I paid top dollar for a mediocre job at best. My property was left a mess when they finished and I am still fixing things that were done incorrectly or not done at all. I would never use them again, nor would I recommend them to any one.
