When the lot next to mine was being surveyed there was difficulty locating the markers. I expressed my concern that the men were placing a new marker too far over on my side. In response, the OSM surveyors kept digging and finally called the home office for clarification on the point of beginning. Due to their persistence, patience, and professionalism, the original mark was ultimately found, resulting in the true boundary being located. I was not the purchaser of the survey, however my status as a stakeholder was respected.
