Fantastic! My garage door had popped some hinges, Jeremy came over, repaired them beautifully, and that was that! I totally recommend this company!

Damaged my $300. air compressor. Carelessly knocked over oil cans which spilled and took hours to clean up.Misaligned my opener which took me over an hour to fix.Did replace the spring properly. When asked, owner said he would check with his workers but never returned my call with an explanation to their shabby work.Not the people I would call again.

Called and door fixed in one day. They came out as stated and in less than a hour had the door going again and made sure the correct adjustments were made to keep it running. I recommend them for all garage repairs and believe they would install a door with the same quality service.

Had some adjustment issues with the garage door several months ago, and rather than come out and charge an assessment fee, he made some suggestions that fixed it. Then just yesterday, I called them up to fix a broken spring. They were out that afternoon, and done within a half hour replacing both springs for less than $175. Very courteous people to work with.

Had a broken spring on my garage door opener and couldn't get my car out. Called Kelly's and a man was here within one hour and had it fixed in 45 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!!

I left a call on Kelly's phone on Sunday night and they responded 7:30 a.m. Monday. They were at my house by 9:30. I was amazed at the quickness and responsiveness to my need of opening my garage door. They immediately got me out of my garage and then fixed the door springs in no time at all. The cost was more reasonable than what I paid for the same service 12 years ago by another service. In addition, when Kelly was delayed a few minutes because an accident caused unexpected traffic congestion he called to explain the FEW minutes delay. Now how long has it been since you had someone do that? I was impressed! I decided to have the opener replaced and the total cost was still less than I paid for replacement of the springs last time! I will definitely use Kelly's again when I need a garage door service. Thank you Kelly.

I don't usually write reviews, but after reading the previous one I wanted to comment on my own experience. They came out first thing in the morning and fixed the problem (broken spring) right away. They were on time, very efficient, professional, and got everything working properly again. Even showed me how and what to lubricate to extend the life of the parts. I appreciate that and it makes me more likely to call them back again. Highly recommend!

Had heard good things about Kelly so we went with them for our new door. They did have a MUCH lower price than Costco, Lowes and the Depot. The garage door opener was installed crooked and we had to fix it. The door opens very jerky. The finale was finding the handfuls of old nails, carriage bolts and the used Dewalt reciprocating saw blade left in my driveway (thanks very much for the puncture BTW).The price was good but I don't' think we received their best service skills on that particular installation day.

First time I have ever written one of these, but my experience warranted a review. Took my lunch break to meet Kelly's man Orlando at my house. Right on time, quoted a very reasonable price ($137), and the spring was fixed within 20 minutes. I was even back within my allotted time for lunch. Couldn't have asked for better customer service or a better experience. Customer for life and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Kelly provided the fastest, most efficient and quality service that I have ever received during over 30 years of dealing with contractors. Without a doubt he is a man of honor and integrity who is highly skilled as a contractor - really knows his business. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being outstanding, Kelly is a 20. Our torsion spring snapped early this morning. I called Kelly and he had someone out by 8:30 am and fixed by 9:00 am! The entire price was 171.00 and they even lubed up the door, springs, etc. It worked and sounded great! Orlando (service guy) was very professional and courteous!

Had a spring go out on Sunday afternoon. Called Monday morning at 8:30AM. They were at my house by 9:30 and gone before 10:15AM. They replaces the springs and added some bearings, lubed everything, adjusted the chain tension and garage door opener. Works great, sounds great and the price was really fair. Will use them again for sure. Thanks!

My first contact with Kelly's was when the door would stall halfway when being raised. Kelly told me I could save the cost of a visit by adjusting the sensitivity on the unit. I did, and it helped for 2 weeks. Then, the gearbox in the 9 year old unit must have failed, and it wouldn't raise at all, just make a terrible grinding noise. I called Kelly's again and he advised me on what to buy, so I went down to Lowe's and Home Depot. Bought a new garage door unit, and Kelly's sent one of their guys out to remove the old unit and install the new unit the next morning! Only took about 1.5 hours, and the price was fair. New unit is very smooth. Very satisfied with Kelly's!

I called Kellys Garage door service and they were here in less than thirty minutes . my car was stuck in the garage with a broken spring and i had to be at work for a very important meeting that day . They were very professional and friendly and cute too . Thanks for saving the day .

I called Kelly's at 8 a.m. this morning and explained that my husband hit our garage door and the spring broke. He got my address and within 30 minutes he was here. We were told that the previous repair company had installed the "wrong" springs. Kelly made a call to make sure the correct springs were installed and he guaranteed his work for at least 10 years. The price was fair and the service was top-notched!We will definitely be using him whenever we have problems with our garage door.Thanks, Kelly!

Very fast response to replace broken torsion spring on garage door Mar.10, 2010. A professional in all respects. Did a replacement with better springs than original, checked and serviced total installation that was installed approximately 13 years ago. He put to rest any anxiety I had about horror stories that abound relating to service people finding everything worn out and in need of replacing, thereby adding greatly to the total bill. He gave an honest evaluation and declared there was no need for any additional work. I would recommend Kelly to all who need garage door service.

All I can say is wow! I had a spring break late at night and my garage door would not open, both mine and my wives vehicle were stuck in the garage and I was worried that we would not be able to get to work, I called Kelly's Garage Door Service at 7:00 in the morning and explained to Kelly my situation, he was at my house by 7:20, installed the spring, tightened the chain, and greased up the hinges and they were out by 8:00. The service was great, he was very friendly and courteous and the price was cheaper then I ever expected. I would recommend him to everyone who has a garage door.Thanks a lot Kelly!
