Provided by SuperpagesI ordered an arrangement for pick up. When I arrived it was not there. It had mistakenly been taken out on the truck for delivery. I was then given two options to allow them to deliver it for an addition $12 or I could wait 15 to 20 minutes for the delivery truck to come back to the store. Finally, I was told I could not get a refund. WHAT. I order something it was not ready for pick up and I cannot get my money back. So, I filed a complaint with their corporate office, and the resolution the local office came up with was 10 percent off my next order. WHATEVER. And you offer 10% off your next purchase. You won't be that lucky to get a next purchase.
