Don’t take your car or your truck to this place unless you want to be overcharged and have them do a half assed job. They screwed me over telling me that I needed a part and I had to go to the dealer to get it. When I went to the dealer the dealer told me that it was already there right in front of me!

CCH installed my hitch in 2015 and no problems until I recently came to actually use it and needed to hookup the lights. Didn't work. Replaced trailer lights; didn't work. Back to CCH.

Long story short, I'd caused a short and blown the electrics. Here's what they did:
(1) Identified the problem rapidly.
(2) Rush ordered a replacement, knowing I was leaving town in a few days.
(3) Notified me of part arrival and confirmed appointment.
(4) At the appointed time, replaced the blown part in about 30 minutes.

It took me 3 trips but was SO worth it. 1st one was so they could take a look. Not a quick fix, so we made appointment for the next day. 3rd app't was to replace. Well worth it because they saved me HOURS of my time and while I could have saved maybe $20 by buying the part myself, there was no way in hell I was replacing it that quickly.

An outstanding job by a quality local business. We NEED business like this. Use them instead of trying to save $10 here or there, otherwise we'll lose them.

These guys are great. Fast professional service for a fair price. They fully customized my truck with ranch hand bumpers, lights, leveling kit and a winch. Not to mention they work on my boat trailer and my utility trailers for service, tires and repair. What's most Important is they spend the time to offer advice and solutions. I don't trust my stuff to anyone else. Go see them you won't be sorry.

I do not recommend Capital hitch. I took my 2006 HHR in to get a hitch placed on, I had no previous problems with the car until they cut wires and had some wires halfway cut and left them that way. This made my speakers squeal very loud which they did not do before they touched my car. I went up there and ask them to fix what they had done and they told me they had done nothing but attached a hitch. I have had to take it to get it repaired at a separate place which they showed me the cut wires and some half cut wires when they reattach the wires the squealing went away. Very poor service they treated me as if I were stupid. Now my car is back to. perfect again after having to pay for a repair and get new speakers.

Nice store front and location. the work generally is completed in a timely manor. The problem is with the owner and some of the staff they all have very BAD attitudes and treat there custumers poorly. I know several people that refuse to go back because of this. The owner and staff dont care about there customers so we will never go back. I will drive 100 miles out of my way to go to a different trailer repair place before I go back to capital hitch.

Had a trailer hitch installed yesterday. They are the real professionals in town. Told me it would take an hour to do, They were done in 55 mins. Everything was just as told. Did a great job on the wiring also. The other place's I checked just didn't seem to have there act together or as professional and had better pricing to boot. Would highly recommend to anyone. Will be back.
