My transmission in my car went out. I called many transmission place and busy beavers employee that answered the phone was so nice and friendly. They said they would pay for a tow truck to get my car and do a free diagnostic on my car. I said OK, thanks. They came and got my car, did a diagnostic test and told me I had to rebuild my transmission. They charged me $1881.25 if they do it and I'll need to put down half the money for them to start.i said OK. This was Friday. On Monday, I went there and I gave them the full money because I didn't want to owe them.i told them I was leaving town in 2 weeks March 5,2015. They said I'll get my car on that date. On March 3rd, I called they said the car is on track and will be ready by Thursday. Thursday I went up there the morning at around 10. They told me the car will be ready by 1 for me to leave town at 2. 1 they didn't call me,2:00 no call. I left town because it was storming and I had a 8hrs drive to Miami with my infant (I had a rental for 2 weeks) around 5 the Thursday evening, they called I didn't answer because I was driving and it was raining. The Friday morning my flight to the island left at 8 so I couldn't call before I left the country. Monday I called them to let them know my boyfriend was coming to get my car, they notified me that my car transmission still wasn't working they had to do an adjustment. I said OK, they took my bf number to call him. Today, march 12 I called to get my car, they told me my car isn't ready they have to take out the transmission again. I then asked why haven't that been done yet since they had another week with the car, they said the mechanic fixing another car. I asked why if my car isn't finish, why is he on another? The Manager went off on me after I got upset because it made no sense that my car isn't finish but the mechanic is on to another car. She told me she's not going to rush him my car will fix when they get to it then hanged up on me.i have no car to drive anywhere. I'm a college student with an infant and no car because of them. They got their money and my car and I have nothing. Never again

So far we have taken my husbands van, sons car, and today I took my toyota for brakes, best service and price in town, I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Laura Ward

After looking at the reviews for Busy Beaver, I decided to bring my 2002 Ford mustang there. I had my transmission serviced & an oil change. They were friendly and I did not have to wait long. I could feel the difference in my car driving it home! I will use them again!!!

I had engine coolant leaking from 2002 Explorer so I took it to Super-Service Center on Thomasville Road to see if it was the radiator or a simple hose. They told me it was the radiator, and then they tried to tell me it would be nearly $700 in labor & parts to get it fixed. I called Busy Beavers and he said he would replace my radiator for a total of $300 in labor & parts. After getting my car back from Super-Service Center, I took it to Busy Beavers and he spent about 10 minutes to determine that the problem was a simply hose clamp that broke. After replacing the broken hose clamp, the leak was fixed. In the end, I went from a $700 repair bill down to a $.25 repair bill because they were honest at Busy Beavers. I will do all my oil changes and car repairs at Busy Beavers from now on. Trust Busy Beavers, and beware of Super-Service Center.
