I've heard the same thing about the customer service. Pretty nasty with customers. I have never had their products, but I've heard they were good, just expensive.

The baked goods are decent. But as much as the owner and some of workers think they're being nice, they actually seem quite condescending. A lot of their baked goods aren't as fresh as they appear. In my opinion, they are just plain rude and I no longer buy pastries from them.
