Today i shopped at your lake worth tx location 5/15/2018 @ approximately 3:30 pm. I shop at this location quite often and im always greeted with the most awesome aroma of hot buttery popcorn. Well not today. No aroma and the popcorn was extremly cold. I asked an employee why and she responded with oh the heater has been out in the machine for several weeks. Our manager ordered the wrong one and nothings getting done to replace it. So very disappointed. Then on the garden section as i came to purchase a lg hanging basket. I was even more disappointed to see hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of plants and beautiful hanging baskets totally dead and dying from lack of water. It made me so sad to see the beautiful plants neglected so bad and many beyond help and many covered in bag worms as well. I finally found an employee inside to ask why they were all so bad and was told they have no employees taking care of them on regular basis. They pull employees out of their depts to occasionally go out and water. Such a shame to witness such a loss of an expense that gets passed on to the customer. Very dissappointed in this shopping trip to lake worth tx atwoods ranch and home store.
