This morning at 7:00 am peak commuter foot traffic two Universal vehicles were parked on and blocking the sidewalk off South Jackson in front of Union Station, people had to walk in the street to get around. They were laughing and BS'ing with each other. I asked them if they could find somewhere else to park, one of them gruffly asked me to repeat the question even though I'm sure he heard me then responded in an aggressive manner claiming to be on an active investigation. Got in my face and seemed to be challenging me to respond. In addition to writing this review I will be submitting a complaint to SPD.
