WE ARE PATIENT PEOPLE

First time they did not even call or show up and stated mix up on schedule

2nd time could not make it due to....

3rd time showed up fixed dryer and no receipt book to finalize payment and still owes us (paid over some for next work).

4th - 5th time said could not come due to refrigerator service, but no sound on other end as if there was work going on.

6th - 7th time did not even call and I had to call and still excuses.

Each time apologizing and admitting he was wrong and said he'd make it good and each time did not follow through.

At the 7th time I told him if he did not show up we were done with him and still he did not come to show honor to him or the business he represents.

Best Customer Service Ever

I do not care what anyone says as far as I am concerned this company gave me A++++++ service from start to finishNeeded someone to fix my fridge. It was after 5 when i called these guys. the woman who answered was nice to talk to. she knew enough about refrigerators to answer my questions. i was surprised she was not a repair woman. the repair men came to my home and were able to fix it the same night.its been about a month now, my fridge is still working. The people that work for Sound put me at ease, did a great job, and the price wasn't too bad. I am more than satisfied. I would most definitely use them again.

Poor customer service

I chose this business based on good reviews, which was a huge mistake. The person making the appointment was rather curt, and then nobody showed or called around the scheduled time. I called their office about 1.5 hrs layer to inquire when the technician will be there, and after taking all my info again (what was needed, model, address, etc) was told they'd call the tech to get in touch with me. I called them again another hour later, just to be told the same. She then called me back about 15 min later that I needed to call the technician (Bob or Tony) myself. I left a voice mail with him, but never heard back. what a waste of time.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

Called and reached someone named Marie who talked over me most of the time but was pleasant enough. She said Herb would call Saturday before he arrived (9-3 window given). When no call by 10 I began calling and called ALL DAY LONG...phone rang busy. (21 calls)I called Monday and began to explain that I waited for a service call Saturday that didn't happen and Marie said "I was here all Satuyrday answering phones, who are you?" and proceeded to be exceptionally rude. She gave me Herb's cell phone, as it turned out she had never given him the information about my service call. I asked to speak to manager/owner and Marie said "that's me sweetie" but according to Herb the owner is Bob. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!

DO NOT USE

We called this company at the begining of March. They came out, 3 hours after the time we were told they would be there, and said they thought they fixed the problem. They gave a 90 day guarantee and said if it went out again, to call and they would not charge a service call. Well, today it went out again. I called, was told by 2 pm, someone would be here. It's 7:45, and I have received 2 calls explaining they are running late, with excuses why and they are still not here. Do not waste your time with this company.

On time and GREAT JOB!

Read the previous reviews and was a little nervous. Made the phone at 12:30 am and the phone was answered right away. I was told what they felt the problem was and shouldn't be a problem to repair. The person on the phone told me that someone would be at our home between 12:30 -1:00pm. Tony was at our home at 1:02 pm and had our Kitchen Aid Superba Refrigerator fixed within minutes. He was polite, professional and knew what he was doing. He didn't over charge us and was very fair and reasonable. If you have a refrigeration problem give this business a call and ask for Tony.Thanks again Tony for all your help.

Horrible.

We hired these guys to repair our existing refrigerator when we moved into our home. They came out twice without fixing anything, reeking of cigarettes. Then, told us they were ordering parts and would be coming back to fix it a THIRD time ASAP. After hounding them for over a week, they finally came back, repaired the fridge, and now, 3 months later, the same problem is back. These guys are a joke. Apparently they also go by Sayco and are the laughing stock of the repair world, according to other repair people we've since spoken to.

Good company, easy to do business with

I called 2 other companies to repair my washer .. the 1st never showed, the 2nd could not find the problem.I called sound ref and they sent a tech named herb. He found the problem, and fixed it quickly. PromptEfficientNice price

Watch out for Herb and Bob

02/25/2012 Worst buiseness experience ever. DO NOT CALL THEM.First of all I called Jensens Appliance... The invoice Herb presents is sound Referigeration... Watch out folks. Herb looked at my washer on Tuesday and said I will look up the parts and call you tommorow. There is a service charge of $49.95 that will apply to the repair when you have it done.Friday comes and he still dosen't call. The receptionist gives my wife his cell phone number and she calls him and leave messages because he will not answer his cell phone. Again no call back. At 8PM another call is placed and a friend of his answers and says " He is in the store right now and won't be back for 15 min." she asked the friend to relay a message for him to call back.Saturday morning he finally calls back to say he is on his way over.... No appointment, no price, no return call. Really, but he is on his way over?We call the office and "Bob" who I assume is his boss said that Herb is his best tech and that "he di

Not 5 star service don't be fooled

My dishwasher wasn't working so I called these folks to see if they could fix it. First mistake. They sent Herb out to look at it and he ordered parts said they would be in Tues Wed at the latest. Never called. I called them to see what was up. Second mistake. Both times they said they were just about to call me. Sure. After 5 promised times missed Herb and another man finally show up. The other guy was extremley rude, and left. Herb fixed the dishwasher and left an unitemized bill.(I had to leave to go to an appt) When he called back to ask if he could pick up a check I said sure please bring and itemized bill with you. The itemize bill turned out to be 30+ dollars less than the bill he left for me to pay. I paid it but will never ever deal with these people again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars by robert 10/09/2011 after three tryes by another company to fix my washer, A friend recommended me to call Sound Appliance said repair man came to repair his refrigerator that another company said that it was not cost worthy to repair, and less then 30 min the repair man from sound hade it working ,Well i called and a repair man name herb came to look at my washer, hade it fixed the same day,prompt service,great work great service reasonably priced ,Herb the repairman was very polite and professional,would use sound again if needed

Excellent Service and Very Fair Pricing

Our 20 year old refrigerator was broken, Tony from Sound Refrigeration came to the rescue. He helped us make the decision to repair it rather than buy new as the new ones no matter what brand now only last 4-10 years before needing major repair. Our old Amana was built in the USA at a time when they still used quality heavy duty parts. It will last another 20 years now. Tony took the time to go through all our systems on the refrigerator and repair only what was needed. The flat rate rather than an hourly rate is wonderful as he can test out all the systems and parts for much cheaper than the competition. This is a family owned and operated business. You can call them 24 hours a day every day even holidays with no extra charges. We will give Sound Refrigeration our repair business on appoliances from now on.
