I have some 18 ga aluminum I need cut into strips. I called Schneider-Simpson metal and asked when they could get it done for me and a shop guy said about two hours tomorrow. Wow, now thats what I've been looking for. Someone who is willing to make a decisiion on the spot and even tell me about what it might cost without asking management what they think. Empowered employees; wow, what a concept.
