Over the past several years, Charlie and has crew have taken the time to service our slant fin boiler system. It has been and continues to be problematic, when cold weather comes around the radiators go cold from trapped air within the closed system. One call says it all, and someone from his crew will be there for you. This company is the greats.!!

Called to ask about a job and they don't want to talk over the phone set up an appointment only. I was trying to not waste their time or mine. I will move on to the next one who is willing to talk.

I had a delightful experience with Mitchel Plumbing. The office staff was very helpful in answering my questions and were able to find a time in their schedule to do my work that also coinciding with my very busy schedule.Not only was the office staff helpful, but the plumber who came to the job was very knowledgeable. I was most impressed with the interest he took in making sure he weas clean and didn't make a mess of anything. He was very personable and I felt very comfortable having him work in my home. I have to say that I've not had this feeling with other companies I've dealt with.Mitchel Plumbing is a down to earth company that I felt very good about having them work in my home.

Mitchel bid our remodel job (replace all galvenized with copper) and expected it to take 3 days. I thought that was agressive, but left the schedule to them. The total work ended up taking about 5 1/2 days, but spread out over 3 weeks. For much of this time we were without a toilet or sink in either bathroom. It wasn't until I refused to pay that the owner came out and finished the work. Unfortunately, that left us on less than great terms, but we had a written agreement of what would and would not be done and they failed to live up to it.######The initial plumbing staff, however, were great (they got moved onto other jobs after 3 days). They did a great job under difficult circumstances and I was overall pleased with the craftsmanship of their work. They even stayed until 10:00 on a Friday night, hoping to get finish. My issue was primarily with the management of the company and his failure to address customer satisfaction issues.
