This is a great Craft Brewery. The 15 barrel brewery is the flagship of the 3 Tacoma Harmon locations. They have the best IPA in the area and the porter and Vanilla porters are both excellent. They usually have a couple seasonal on tap as well. Mike and Jeff the brew masters love to perfect their craft and usually have something new they are trying in addition to the flagship beers they make. The Harmon's Pub Club is one of the best reward programs going. After your first 120 beers you get 20OZ beers for the price of the 16oz, a free Dinner and T shirt, and for every 10 beers you get a coupon for a 10cent beer as well as free appetizer coupons after spending a certain amount. Be sure to check out the Happy hour specials too. The staff works together like a family and they make you feel like you belong there. The Harmon is the place I take all my visiting friends and family to. They have great deserts but my favorite is to put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a 20 Oz vanilla porter.

I only gave it one star because there is not a half of a star.I asked for my burger to be cooked normal. It came out char burned to a crisp, and tasted like I was chewing on a charcoal briquette. I would have sent it back but the waitress disappeared for about 20 minutes and never checked back with us to see if the food was okay. Another person brought us the check and then our waitress didn't come pick up the check so we had to take it to the front to make payment. I have tried many local burgers, and this one is by far the worst. The service is terrible, the atmosphere is horrible, I wouldn't advise this restaurant for anyone except my most hated enemy. I will never return there even though the manager comped our meal, and gave us free appetizer coupon. WORST BURGER EVER!

good food, but great beer options to go. Don't need a whole keg? Get the 5 gallon option. always have received great service here.

The food and beer is very good but the service it lacking. We enjoy and brewery atmosphere and they have it but could improve the service from staff to keep customers coming back.

We haven't been for several years, but gave it 3 chances in the early years. The service was so bad and the food only mediocre that we couldn't justify ever going back. Hopefully that has changed since then. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant, but Tacoma isn't lacking in brick faced buildings.

Good place to eat downtown. Nice change of pace. Really good pub fair.
