These people are awful!! We rented a Uhaul truck from them for an in town move. We were ahead of schedule so we were able to return the truck at 3pm that same day (during their posted business hours). When we showed up we found that they were closed, so we parked the truck where they had told us to. We looked for some kind of drop box for the keys be we were unable to find one so we locked the keys inside the tuck. The following Monday my receipt for the rental was e-mailed to me and they charged me nearly $300!! for a 15 mile move. Not only did they overcharge me for mileage by almost double but they also charged me for a $175 cleaning fee. When I called them they told me it was not a cleaning fee but a charge to hire a locksmith to get the keys out of the truck. They claimed there was a dropbox for the keys. In their own words "you screwed up so you are going to pay for it!" If they had been open during their posted business hours this never would have happened in the first place.
