asked for a estimate and if they give group discount via email and got this reponse from the sales person. I just can't believe how rude the person can be======================================Group discount? Are we a bakery? Wth?Sent from my BlackBerry® smartphone with Nextel Direct Connect

I received a quote from them and there weren't any "extra" charges like I usually have gotten from other companies. The fence looks great, I didn't have any problems. I think the crew didn't show up one day but the weather wasn't the best so I didn't have any problem with that.

I emailed them asking for a quote, which was returned very promptly. (I think the caps lock key may have been stuck on her computer though since every email was IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.)In any event, their employee was on time to give me the estimate, and the work was done much quicker than they promised - the whole fence was done in 3 hours, and very well done. I would highly recommend.

My neighbor and I used this company last summer and were completely unhappy. The sales person never returned my calls and the crew was completely unprofessional. I/we should have chose a different company...
