I brought my 2014 black R/T Challenger to Classic Reflections for Clay Bar detailing and installation of red hash mark graphics. Loved the results!! The black finish along with the graphics made my Challenger look better than when I bought it new. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my classic 1967 Chevy Truck to Classic Reflections to get the rust & metal work done.I assumed they knew what they were doing.......WRONG!After being charged about double what I should have been charged, (per my 2nd metal guys) and being told the work they did was not up to par, (NOT what a body shop would expect regarding "ready to paint") I contacted them, and at first, they seemed genuinely concerned, and I was told they would discuss it, and come up with an adjustment amount. I never heard back.I e-mailed them, asking if they were going to try to make this right, and again, no reply.I am a customer satisfaction manager in my current position, and for a company to not get back to a customer when promised, is UNACCEPTABLE.I ended up paying more for my new metal guys to rework what Classic Reflections had done.DO NOT use Classic Reflections for your vehicle's metal work!!!!

Brian and Jaime are true professionals of the detailing business. Brian was able to provide me with great customer service with excellent results and went out of the way to add a personal touch. There is no doubt I would recommend the business to anyone from small needs to the most obsessive compulsive car owner looking to do some serious detailing. I was not disappointed.
