While the doctors and staff are very good, the phone system is terrible. I just spent over 20 minute trying to get through. The first time, I waited over 10 minutes and was just dropped. The second time, I waited forever again on hold, with the incessant message that they had switched to a new system and it might take longer than usual...They have had this message for over 6 months now.



Finally, I got through, got promptly put on hold, and then transferred into another message system after my initial explanation of what I wanted. The prescription line make is clear they don't really want to talk to you, but rather your pharmacy and if you want them to get back to you with answers regarding prescriptions, you have to allow them 48 hours!



Is this supposed to be good service? Well, it is NOT in my opinion.
