If you ever have a problem trying to figure out what's wrong with your engine, Bill's the man to take it to. He charges $75 to hook it up to his machine to diagnose what the problem might be. It's well worth the price. My 97 Tahoe had a bad miss so I just started replacing parts and was even ready to replace the distributor when s friend recommend Bill's. I had already spent about $400 and still had the miss. Bill put it on his machine and within a few minutes he determined that two of my spark plugs had cracked porcelain. He replace both of them and walla, problem solved. I wouldn't have figured that out in a hundred years considering my plugs some of the parts I just replaced. He only charged me the original $75. Well needless to say I was very happy he found the problem so I offered to pay him $100. but he insisted the $75 will do. But this is not the end of the story

My daughter's Ford Expedition kept stalling when she stopped at a light. My son-in-law replaced a couple of parts which did not fix the problem so I recommended Bill. fortunately my daughter got off a lot cheaper than I did. They took it to Bill's and within a short time he determined it was a rotten, leaking PVC hose and fixed it for them, and again he only charged them the original $75.

Lesson learned: Sometimes big problem's have the simplest fix.

If you want your car diagnosed and repaired right at a reasonable price this is the place! I go way out of my way, (I live in Federal Way) to have Britt or his son Anthony repair my car. And,it's done right the 1st time, nice people too.

I was introduced to Bill's Dynatune by my cousin, who has used them for years. I love these guys. They do good work, they are honest and straight forward, and best of all, they don't treat a woman like she doesn't know her automobiles!They came highly recommended to me, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs friendly service and honesty (if you can believe it) in a mechanic!
