I had a great experience at American Medical. I had to get a CPAP machine and had heard terrible things about Apria and Lincaire. I called American Medical and was able to get set up on my machine later that same day. The respiratory therapist took over an hour explaining how to use the machine, what my prescription meant (the differences between APAP, Bi-PAP and CPAP), and helping my find a mask that was comfortable. I thought that the staff was very friendly--enough to write a review. I was very surprised to see that there are any negative reviews, although they seem long ago. Super nice, very thorough. Older facility, but I don't mind that as long as the customer service is good!
