Our house is now 19 years old and was in need of a few repairs. We contacted All Purpose Plumbing and I was immediately impressed by their customer service. Gene showed up on time for the appointment and reviewed the pricing for each repair before starting. The quality of the repairs was great. Gene also inspected all of the plumbing and caught a few problems, that had they gone unnoticed, would have resulted in expensive damage that was avoided.My husband and I were so impressed, that we have decided to hire All Purpose Plumbing to remodel both of our bathrooms. We checked out other plumbing companies, but they could not match the pricing of All Purpose Plumbing. This company is staffed by professional and friendly personnel, who believe in customer satisfaction, and are a delight to work with. I highly recommend them!

We used APP for one small job and I was disappointed that they used platic instead of copper, when everything else in the house was copper. The joint leaked, but they did come out immediately and fix it. We invited them back to bid a larger job. After 3 weeks, I called and was told that they wouldn't bid our job, followed by a call the next day saying they would. By then, I had already found a different plumber and was happier for it. ###Overall, the work was decent and the response to problems was good. However, given the communication issues (plastic instead of copper and bid/unbid), I can't really say I would recommend them. ######I will admit that our experience might be unique as I generally felt pretty good about the folks who came out to do the work. Communication is a two-way street. Your mileage may vary.
