BEWARE OF THESE GUYS!!! I wish I could give these guys a five negative stars...

Called on a Monday to schedule a downspout drain cleaning, the owner scheduled to provide service Wednesday morning. They were a no-show and no-call on Wednesday. By 5 pm on Wednesday, I had to call to ask if they were coming. Owner said they got busy and forgot to call. That should have been my first clue to run.

They finally showed up on Thursday, took 10 minutes looking at my drain, stated that they could not fix it and charged my wife $149! Made us pay on the spot. I called to complain and ask them to lower their bill. Owner stated that $149 was their minimum charge, and he blamed me for not asking him.

If you want Rooter service that is A DAY LATE and provides you with a $149 surprise for 10 minutes of diagnostic work, these are your guys (worse than attorney rates)! Unethical at best - borderline criminal at worst. We all should get into the "24 Hour Rooter Man" business so we can make $894/hr. Stay far away from these guys!
