Found Mike's number on Dexknows qwbsite. He arrived abiut 30 minutes after I talked with him. His quote was very reasonable. He arrived in the window he saud he wouls and completed the job in the tme frame he set. Mike is a proffessional. I strongly recremend and will refer him to all who ask about a HVAC technition. Very responsive. Was able to come out within a couple of days after contacting for an appointment. He was friendly and polite. The job was done quickly but thoroughly and he explained what he was doing any why. He told us that with a heating system as new as ours, we didn't need to get it checked out every year. Also, he told us to wait to test the A/C out until the spring. Both of these actions show his honesty.

Our A/C unit decided not to work, right when the heat wave came in. Mike was able to come out the same day I called for help. When he came in, he knew exactly what to look at and figured out the problem in less than 5 minutes. Everything has been running great ever since. Excellent service!!

Mike installed a Gas Heater in my garage and did a great job! Perfessional and showed up on time! Will only use Mike for my HVAC work when needed!
