My four year old grandson had his procedure done today February 8, 2017 under general anesthesia. His parents and paternal grandmother and I remarked about the courteous and professionalism for the visit from the time we walked in the door until the time that we left. The anesthesiologist and his assistant , the dentist and everyone who assisted put the child and his parents at ease. Thank you so much for all the members of your team. The procedure was explained and anesthesiologist was informative and kind. I am an RN and work in Recovery Room in a Utica hospital, and I appreciate the professional and expert care given to my grandson. Thank you. MJR

i was calling and they told me to hold i was caller #1 they answer the phone and hung up i called back now I'm caller #3 I'm very upset
