AVIOD SCIUGA BUILDERS AT ALL COSTS!!



Please avoid these builders at all costs- the houses are poorly constructed and the builders have no respect for the home buyers, especially Military home buyers. We trusted that because we are people of integrity that the builders would be people of integrity as well. Sadly, the poor attitudes of the builders in conjunction with their lack of personal integrity and unwillingness to stand by their construction has become a buyer’s nightmare! I have attached pictures of our Septic system that continues to drain in the front yard of my NEW home, built by Sciuga which they REFUSE to fix. The BBB has ruled this complaint as "unresolved" which is basically a ruling against them meaning that they were found to be in the wrong and should have taken care of this issue. I write this review as a warning to other potential home buyers because I never want anyone else to have to go through the financial hardships and legal issues we are facing with this crooked company. Buying a house is supposed to be a joyful and exciting life event. Sciuga Builders has taken that joy away from us, replacing it with regret and a certain understanding that we have been cheated and left with a house that is substandard and truly a big Lemon.
